Check-in time is not later than 16:00.
Check-out time is not later than 12:00.
Terms for individual bookings
The booking shall be confirmed by paying a deposit of 30% of the full price of reservation; 14 days after the booking is made. The rest of the payment is due 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the booking is made later than 6 weeks before the date of arrival, the deposit is 100% of the full price of reservation.
If the booking time is so close to the arrival date that an advance payment would not appear in our account before arrival, the booking shall be confirmed by credit card.
Cancellation
The date on which Hotel Ylläsrinne receives the notification of cancellation will be regarded as the date of cancellation. Any cancellations should be made to the Hotel Ylläsrinne in writing (by letter, e-mail or fax).
A confirmed booking can be cancelled up to 31 days before the date of arrival for an administrative charge of 50€/booking.
If the reservation is cancelled later than 30 days before the date of arrival, the client will be charged the entire price of the reservation.
Regardless of the above, all sums with the exception of the deposit paid to Hotel Ylläsrinne will be refunded without the administrative charge of 50€/person, if the client or person from the same household falls seriously ill, has an accident or dies. Hotel Ylläsrinne must be informed immediately of the cancellation, which must be properly verified by, for example, a doctor’s certificate. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours from the date of the arrival at 16:00 o'clock, the client will be charged the entire price of the reservation.
If the cancellation is made during the staying at the hotel, the client will be charged the entire price of the reservation.
We recommend that our clients obtain travel insurance to cover any contingencies.
The right of the Hotel Ylläsrinne to cancel a booking
If the deposit is not paid by the due date Hotel Ylläsrinne has the right to cancel a reservation without further notification.
In the case of the force majeure the Hotel Ylläsrinne may cancel a reservation and give a client the notification of the cancellation as soon as possible. In the case of force majeure the client is entitled to a full refund of the sum paid to Hotel Ylläsrinne. Force majeure refers to cases in which the hotel cannot deliver the agreed services due to a strike or another factor that affects its operations. This only applies to the hotel's own services and excludes any external services, such as those related to the means of transport.
If a booking has to be interrupted because of disruptive behavior on the part of the client, no payments will be refunded.
Terms for groups of at least 20 people
The booking shall be confirmed by making deposit of 30% of the full price of reservation, which is due as agreed. The rest of the payment is due 30 days before the date of arrival.
A name/rooming list, special requires and special diets will be sending in writing to the hotel and receives 14 days before the date of arrival.
